Description:	• Needs to ensure product display , visual merchandising elements , branding elements are in place and displayed in defined manner (planogram) • He will be responsible for ensuring that the workstations are working fine and have all the builders functional • The Store Manager will also be responsible for leading customers through our products on display and explaining the features / benefits of each product • The Store Manager will have revenue responsibility and therefore will be driving sales at the store based on product wise daily targets that would be provided to him • The Store Manager would also be responsible for ensuring that he drives the right product / merchandise mix based on targets that he has received • Store Manager will need to ensure that the stores are run according to Standard Operating Processes • Store Manager will be responsible for MIS and Reporting of the SIS • Store Manager will need to interact with the local marketing team at the Retail outlet and wi
